At 12Group, you can easily schedule an appointment, whether it is a sales meeting, consultation, or support session. Below you will find the three ways to book an appointment with us.

How to make an appointment?

  1. By email: Send a message to afspraken-12group@contactcentre.nl.
    You will receive an email within 15 minutes with a link to our booking system, where you can select the date and time directly.
  2. Via QR code: Scan with your smartphone to schedule an appointment directly via our booking system. You will receive a confirmation at the email address you provided.

AR Department

The AR (Accounts Receivable) department of 12Group uses this platform for proper, transparent, and structured handling of all financial communication. This includes, among other things, invoicing, payment reminders, dunning letters, and other correspondence regarding outstanding claims.

All invoices, reminders, and dunning letters on behalf of 12Group are sent exclusively via the official email addresses debiteuren-12group@contactcentre.nl and debiteuren@12group.nl. Correspondence originating from one of these email addresses is considered legally valid and binding for administrative processing purposes.

It is the responsibility of the recipient to check this communication in a timely manner and act accordingly. 12Group accepts no liability for consequences arising from failing to receive or failing to timely review sent correspondence.
